Connect
Team communicationChannels, direct messages and threads for your whole company - with every conversation one click away from becoming work.
Brecx brings team chat, work management, attendance & time, and marketplace operations under one roof - separate apps that share one login, one people directory and one source of truth.

Each Brecx app stands on its own, so you can start with one. Turn on another and it already knows your people, your teams and your permissions.
Channels, direct messages and threads for your whole company - with every conversation one click away from becoming work.
Tickets, boards and approval flows that keep every request, task and fix owned, prioritized and on schedule.
Check-in from the office network, time logged against real tasks, leave requests and manager sign-off - a complete record of the work.
One inventory truth across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Temu, Shopify and more - orders, pricing and fulfillment kept in sync.
Connect is where your team talks - by team, by project or one-to-one. When a message needs action, send it straight to Ticket without copying and pasting.

WorkTrack replaces sign-in sheets and timesheet spreadsheets. People check in from the office, log time against their tasks, and managers approve hours and leave in one place.
Commerce connects your sales channels into a single operations layer - so stock, orders, pricing and fulfillment stay in sync without the spreadsheets. Integrations use each marketplace's official APIs only.
Because every Brecx app shares the same account and directory, work flows from one to the next with the context attached. Here's how a typical morning plays out on a warehouse team.
A packer posts in #ops-warehouse that pallet 14 arrived six cases short, with photos.
One click turns the message into TK-219 - owner, priority and due date set, the thread linked.
The recount's 1h 40m lands on the owner's timeline against TK-219, ready for manager approval.
The stock adjustment syncs to Amazon, Walmart, eBay and the rest - no oversells from a bad pallet.
Manager approves TK-219. The conversation, the fix, the hours and the stock change are one connected record.
The shared platform underneath the apps handles who your people are and what they can do - so adding a product is a toggle, not a migration.
One login for Connect, Ticket, WorkTrack and Commerce, with MFA on every account.
Add someone once and they appear in every app with the same teams and manager.
Admins, managers and members - with approval rights that carry from Ticket to WorkTrack.
Each company's data is logically separated from every other customer's, in every app.
Turn apps on or off, manage seats and see one bill for everything your company uses.
Sign-ins, permission changes and approvals are logged across apps for review.
Whether it's a private message, an employee's timesheet or a marketplace order, Brecx uses your data for one purpose: to run your workspace on your behalf. For marketplace data, Commerce aligns with each platform's data protection and acceptable-use requirements, including Amazon's.
TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest, including backups. Credentials and tokens live in an encrypted secrets store, never in code.
Multi-factor authentication on every system that can reach customer data, with lockout and key rotation.
Each workspace is logically segregated. Staff access is role-based and reviewed quarterly.
Marketplaces are connected only through sanctioned OAuth flows, requesting just the scopes a feature needs.
Production access is logged and retained for 12 months. Affected customers and marketplaces are notified within 24 hours of an incident.
Data is never sold, rented or used to train external models. Buyer PII is deleted within 30 days of delivery; closed accounts are purged within 30 days.
Start with one app and add more as your team grows. Pricing depends on the apps you turn on and your team size - tell us about your company and we'll send a quote.
For teams solving one problem first.
For companies running their operation on Brecx.
For larger teams with custom requirements.
No setup fees. Commerce pricing also scales with the sales channels you connect.
A single REST API and webhooks for every Brecx app - post to Connect, open tickets, pull timesheets or sync inventory from your own tools. Early-access customers get the reference and keys first.

Brecx is a suite of business apps under one account: Connect for team communication, Ticket for work management, WorkTrack for attendance, time and work records, and Commerce for multichannel marketplace operations. Desk and Billing are on the way.
Yes. Every app works on its own. When you add a second one, it already has your people, teams and permissions - nothing to set up twice.
Yes. Your Brecx account signs you into Connect, Ticket, WorkTrack and Commerce. Each app lives on its own address (for example connect.brecx.com or ticket.brecx.com), but the account and directory are shared.
Admins register their office networks. Check-in and check-out only count when made from one of those networks, and time is logged against specific tasks. Work snapshots are optional and set per workspace, and timesheets and leave go to a manager for approval.
Amazon (US and CA), Walmart, eBay, Temu and Shopify, plus TikTok Shop, Etsy and Faire - nine sales channels in total, with more being added. Commerce connects only through each marketplace's official authorization (OAuth) flows, requesting the least-privilege scopes a feature needs. The Amazon integration page lists every SP-API role and how buyer PII is handled.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), isolated per workspace, and never sold or used to train external models. Close your account or disconnect a channel and the associated data is deleted within 30 days.
Pricing depends on which apps you use and your team size (and, for Commerce, the channels you connect). Contact us and we'll put together a quote.
